Reaching out for support is rarely easy, but finding the right space to be heard can change everything.

My name is Giuseppe and my path into therapy began in Preston, where I completed my initial training in counselling skills. That early experience sparked a strong personal drive to offer people the absolute best care I could. To build a deep, versatile understanding of how to support human healing, I went on to complete my degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy through Lancaster University, graduating with Distinction. Earning that qualification with high marks was never about the title for me, it was about ensuring that when you sit opposite me, you are supported by genuine knowledge, care, and dedication.

Over the years, I have walked alongside people navigating difficult life changes and periods where everything simply feels like too much to carry. What I have learned above all else is that effective therapy relies far more on authentic human connection than on rigid clinical formulas. I aim to meet you exactly as you are, without judgment, helping you make sense of what you are going through at a pace that feels safe.

That deep curiosity about people also comes from my background in writing and acting. Growing up in Naples, Italy, I always had a passion for storytelling and human emotion. At twenty-one, I published my first novel, The Pain in a Smile, to help others realise that it is okay to speak up about their pain. My creative journey, alongside my varied life experiences, makes it easy for me to connect with people from all walks of life. When I am not in session, I love being creative, spending time outdoors, or relaxing at home with my dog and two rabbits (who you can meet in the photo right here).

 

Ultimately, my goal is to help you find confidence in your own journey.
